Purpose Events is a media, events, and content production company that produces and manages HealthIMPACT Live events, webinars, podcasts, newsletters, online communities, and custom event programs. Purpose Events also provides event production, marketing, business development, sponsorship, and content services for organizations seeking to build and grow event portfolios.

This Privacy Policy explains how Purpose Events collects, uses, discloses, shares, and protects personal information. It applies to our websites, event registrations, virtual and in-person events, webinars, podcasts, newsletters, sponsorship programs, forms, communications, and other services.

By attending, speaking at, sponsoring, exhibiting, or participating in a Purpose Events program, you understand that you may appear in photos, videos, audio recordings, livestreams, transcripts, promotional materials, social media posts, websites, newsletters, podcasts, and other content.

We may use this content for event operations, editorial, educational, promotional, marketing, archival, and commercial purposes, subject to applicable law and any specific terms provided at registration or participation.

5. Sponsors, Exhibitors, Partners, and Lead Sharing

Many Purpose Events programs are sponsored, co-hosted, co-branded, or supported by third-party sponsors, exhibitors, partners, or clients.

We may share personal information with sponsors, exhibitors, partners, or co-hosts when you register for or attend a sponsored, co-hosted, or co-branded event; visit, interact with, or request information from a sponsor or exhibitor; opt in to sponsor or partner communications; participate in a sponsored session, virtual booth, matchmaking program, meeting, demo, survey, or content experience; or when we provide clear notice at registration or before the relevant interaction.

The sponsor’s or partner’s use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy and practices.
